what to expect

Boxing gloves and wraps can be purchase at our studio or feel free to bring a pair of your own. Please wear breathable clothing that lets you move and stretch with ease, and bring a bottle of water to class with you. Be prepared, you'll be working up a sweat, so it may be an idea to keep a towel handy. Fit2Punch: Boxing, Fitness, Therapy HIIT allows you to get a full-body workout in a short period of time while burning similar amounts of calories to a cardio workout, such as running. Combining a variety of exercises to keeping classes fun and exciting, you'll soon get hooked on our method of working out.

  • Build muscle - we use plyometric exercises and band workouts to help tone and condition muscles.

  • Keeps you motivated - train together, stay together, you'll work in a small group (NO MORE THEN 10 SQUAD MEMBERS) per class to motivate each other and hold each other accountable.

  • Safe and friendly environment - not sure about the exercises? Your squad leader will help you perform the exercises correctly to prevent injury.
